Feb. 6

Malachi J. Trejo, 20, 1144 E. Second St., Apt. A, Ottawa, was sentenced to 181 days jail for violating community control. The violations included changing his address without permission and not utilizing the PASS Point screening system. The judge suspended 91 days of the jail and placed him on five years community control. He must maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of misuse of credit cards.

Feb. 7

Monica Pena, 20, 147 7th St., Ottawa, was referred to Serenity Haven for violating community control. The violations included not reporting to her probation officer as required, consuming alcohol and not completing counseling and treatment as ordered. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, complete all counseling and treatment recommended and pay $42 in restitution. She was convicted of theft of a credit card.

Coastal Credit, LLC, Indianapolis, was granted judgment against Brian L. Smith, Ottawa, in the amount of $14,340.47, plus late fees of $24, plus interest and costs.

Feb. 10

Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, Coral Gables, Fla., was granted a foreclosure against Nicetas S. Allen, Vaughnsville, Scott Allen, Vaughnsville, Jamie Allen, Vaughnsville, and Doug M. Kohli, Vaughnsville, in the amount of $67,696.74, plus interest and costs.

Feb. 14

Michael T. Huizenga, 52, 2764 Road 22B, Continental, was found not guilty of seven counts rape and four counts of gross sexual imposition by a jury following a five-day trial. Huizenga was accused of having sexual contact with a juvenile, less than 13 years of age, every year since 2013 in Putnam County.

Feb. 6

Tasha A. Barrett, 35, 20 Village Lane, Hartsville, Tenn., charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Brandie Dawn-Dumay Grandey, 41, 7980 State Route 2, Hicksville, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Joshua D. Maynard, 22, 711 N. Belmore St., Lot 17, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $150 fine.

Feb. 7

Sophia C. Gutierrez, 18, 25 Vine St., Apt. 14, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, suspended and complete mental health assessment.

Feb. 10

Michael L. Schoeff, Jr., 22, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 612, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 13 days suspended, with credit for 17 days jail served.

John E. Duer, 26, 627 S. Vine St., Van Wert, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Feb. 11

Desirae K. Pahl, 22, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B11, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, with credit for three days jail served.

Kelley A. Miller, 39, 1620 E. Main St., Apt. 4, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $100 fine.

Brianna C. Snavley, 23, 470 Orchard Drive, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to village income tax (village of Pandora) and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine.

Alexander J. Snavley, 25, 470 Orchard Drive, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to village income tax (village of Pandora) and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine.

Zechariah G. Hudson, 35, 105 Davy St., Pandora, pleaded no contest to village income tax (village of Pandora) and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine.
