Jan. 31

Jose G. Aguirre Corrales, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Priscilla Aguirre, Lima. They were married May 23, 2012, in Putnam County and have no children.

Feb. 3

Matthew R. Sage, 40, 14880 Harris Road, Defiance, pleaded guilty to counterfeiting. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. March 9. He was originally charged with three counts counterfeiting.

Jill A. Schroeder, Leipsic, and Trevor D. Schroeder, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 14, 2001, in Coldwater and have three children.

Feb. 4

Kory D. Inglis, 25, 611 S. Winter St., Lima, was granted judicial release and referred to the WORTH Center. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He had been convicted of forgery (uttering) and receiving stolen property.

Jacquelyn N. Hiegel, 37, 1430 Road 7A, Leipsic, was granted an additional credit of 30 days as of Feb. 3 for the work performed at the Putnam County Adult Detention facility. She is serving jail on a charge of possession of drugs (Methamphetamines).

Roger R. Leimgruber, 38, 219 Midland Ave., Findlay, entered an admission to the violations of community control sanctions. He is scheduled to be sentenced at 11 a.m. March 12. He had been convicted on nonsupport of dependents.

Feb. 6

Kenneth K. Searfoss, Continental, and Jennifer L. Searfoss, Kalida, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 5, 1998, in Ohio and have two children.

Jennifer A. Maenle, Vaughnsville, and Eric W. Maenle, Lima, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 23, 1999, in Ottoville and have two children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 28

Saul R. Maldonado, 31, 256 Walnut St., Ridgeville, Connors, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA non-compliance. Sentence: $250 fine.

Feb. 3

Joshua L. Hurles, 31, 522 S. Pierce St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $250 fine and one-year license suspension. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Larry J. Burkhart, 75, 11420 State Route 634, Cloverdale, charged with rape, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Feb. 4

Mary A. Smith, 56, 115 Truax Road, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to OVI second offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 154 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, and three-year license suspension with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of left of center was dismissed.

Devin M. Leitner, 21, 27790 Watson Road, Defiance, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.

David Kuhlman, 63, 137 Scott St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of stop sign was dismissed.
