BLUFFTON — The program “What is the Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program” will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Bluffton Public Library, 145 S. Main St., Bluffton.

Niki Holland, Support Specialist for the Great Lakes Community Action Partnership will go over what qualifies a client for the program, what documents are needed and what the program covers.
