LIMA — Apollo Career Center will kick off Career Tech Education Month with its annual All Area Boards Meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, in Apollo Commons, 3325 Shawnee Road, Lima.

Bob Wrasman, a 1979 graduate of Apollo’s Auto Body Repair and Allen East, and Paul Conner, a 1996 graduate of Apollo’s Welding and Fabrication and Allen East, will be inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame. Gina Place, Wapakoneta, will be recognized as the Charles M. Hankish, Jr. Student Citizen of the Year.*
Board members from Apollo’s 11 member schools and three County Educational Service Centers will be present, in addition to special guests. This is an opportunity to thank Apollo’s 11 member boards for their dedication to public education, and to highlight the benefits of Career Tech. Apollo recognizes Career Tech Education Month by celebrating Apollo’s programs, the success of graduates and current students, as well as the partnerships that Apollo appreciates and relies upon to ensure continued success and relevance in its programming, workforce development, and student employment opportunities.
