Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Chloe Richards, 23, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on charges of trespassing in a habitation and vandalism. She was ordered to make restitution to the victim in the amount of $600.

Andrea Combs, 45, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Devin Downton, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Nicholas Pseekos, 35, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 10 days in the county jail on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Joshua Suarez, 43, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit establishment. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,412.

Malcom Martin, 48, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for the possession of cocaine and attempting to have a weapon under disability. He was also ordered to perform 40 hours of community service. The weapon in question was confiscated.
