Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Dec. 30

Trevor J. Schroeder, 18, 121½ S. Main St., Apt.1, Ada, pleaded guilty to underage consumption. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, complete drug and alcohol assessment, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of OVI and taillights required were dismissed.

Dec. 31

Brian J. Soto, 35, 5604 Road 18, Continental, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $250 suspended, two years license suspension, complete drug and alcohol assessment, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded guilty to failure to control and was ordered to pay court costs.
