Nov. 29

U.S. Bank National Association, Cincinnati, was granted judgment against Beverly Coil, Continental, in the amount of $11,853.13, plus interest and costs.

Dec. 3

Rogelio L. Pardo, 39, 226 W. Third St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence. He was also referred to the WORTH Center for aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine). He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, complete all treatment and counseling recommended, complete a GED and have no contact with the victim.

Andrew J. Vasquez, 29, 3721 Road K3, Ottawa, was remanded to the WORTH Center for theft of a credit card. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, complete all treatment and counseling recommended, have no contact with the victim and pay $250 restitution.

Bobby Jo Risner, 56, 2964 State Route 66, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 270 days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using Methamphetamines and failing to pay child support. He was given credit for 184 days served and placed on five years community control. Risner must obtain and maintain employment, complete all treatment and counseling recommended and complete a GED. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs.

Nov. 21

Benjamin D. Schroeder, 29, 410 Veach St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 24 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete alcohol and drug assessment.

Nov. 25

Michael A. Donley, 24, 1629 Karen Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Brad M. Elek, 48, 145 Concord Drive, Apt. 3, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.

Dec. 2

Drew L. Hawkins, 28, 3610 Road 15, Continental, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 164 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, three-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of OVI, drug paraphernalia and failure to control were dismissed.

Matthew S. Lause, 30, 126 N. West St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $150 fine.

Joshua L. Berg, 37, B101 State Route 65, Deshler, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of improper lane usage was dismissed.

Marcos L. Flores, 43, 209 Monroe St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Jason A. Kildea, 40, 31 W. Main St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, $150 suspended with completion of mental health assessment.

Dec. 3

Parker R. Clemens, 28, 1015 Wardhill Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $150 fine. He was charged court costs for display of license plates.

Dec. 5

Kelly L. Routson, 25, 1013 McCullough St., Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $150 fine, suspended, with restitution of $856.76 to Subway, Ottoville.

Ivy M. Benroth, 22, 214 Pilgrim Drive, Lima, pleaded guilty to telecommunications harassment. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and no contact with victim for one year. A charge of aggravated menacing was dismissed.

Brock B. Adams, 57, 2716 State Route 637, Grover Hill, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of failure to maintain control was dismissed.

Adam Scarberry, 30, 12930 State Route 15, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Kevin M. Arnone, 35, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to failure to reinstate license and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine. He was also fined $100 for unauthorized/tampering reg/plates.
