Nov. 25

Mallory R. Maag, North Baltimore, and Joshua I. Maag, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 16, 2016 and have no children.

Michelle McGraw, Ottawa, and Kyle McGraw, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Bowling Green June 2, 2012 and have one child.

Judd C. Spencer, Holgate, and Nichole Spencer, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Sept. 15, 2007 in Cloverdale and have no children.

U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Salt Lake City, Utah, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Adrian A. Durst, Gilboa, in the amount of $57,173.50, plus interest and costs.

Nov. 26

Daniel P. Mefferd, 19, 333 W. Jackson St., Paulding, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3:30 p.m. Jan. 6. A control charge in juvenile court was dismissed.

Nathan B. Huff, 22, 21½ Hudson Ave., Franklin, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs (Methamphetamine). He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (Methamphetamines). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. Jan. 6.

Nov. 27

The Cincinnati Insurance Co., was granted a judgment against Jacob Karhoff, Vaughnsville, in the amount of $15,949.98, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Nov. 26

Kathleen L. Showalter, 39, 407 E. Second St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $150 fine and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.
