LIMA — A Lima woman is facing criminal charges in connection with a stabbing that took place early Monday morning.
According to a statement from the Lima Police Department, officers responded at approximately 2:42 a.m. to 490 McPheron Ave. in reference to a stabbing. Officers found Jacob Stephens, 29, inside the residence suffering from a non-life-threatening knife wound to his left forearm.
Officers also located Tonya Mull, 38, of Lima, inside the home and determined that Mull caused the knife wound. She was taken into custody and charged with suspicion of felonious assault.
