LIMA — Findlay Municipal Court Judge Mark C. Miller filed petitions Monday to run for the 3rd District Court of Appeals judgeship being vacated in 2021 by retiring Judge Vernon Preston.
The primary election for this open seat will be held on March 17, 2020.
Miller has been an attorney for 28 years, earning his law degree from Ohio Northern University School of Law.
Miller served 10 years as Hancock County prosecutor before being appointed, then elected, to the Findlay Municipal Court. He also previously worked for the 3rd District Court of Appeals.
