The following individuals were indicted Nov. 13 following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.

James M. Phillips, 39, 5624 Home Lane, Toledo; aggravated robbery with specification, grand theft, kidnapping.

Kenneth T. Richey, 55, 3295 Sullivant Ave., Apt. L, Columbus; two counts retaliation and violating a protection order.

Gabriel L. Mata, 39, 8753 Road O, Ottawa; two counts telecommunications harassment and two counts retaliation.

Wesley A. Endicott, 33, 417 W. Jackson St., Van Wert; two counts aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine).

Brian D. Beach, 22, 5405 Wolfe Road, Lima; aggravated possession of drugs.

Joshua A. Longbrake, 43, 103 West St., Columbus Grove; aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamine).

Josiah R. Logan, 44, 7841 Road 25, Cloverdale; domestic violence.

David J. Engard, 34, 5 E. Sugar St., Leipsic; failure to give notice of residence address change.

Tanya A. Krutz, 45, 446 Center St., Findlay; identity fraud and theft.

Anthony Smith, Jr., 32, 12 E. Worley Ave., Trotwood; forgery.

Darien D. Collins, 23, 6239 Lorimer St., Dayton; forgery.

Nov. 8

The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure against Bernadette Schnipke, Continental, in the amount of $35,000, plus interest and costs.

Nov. 15

Crystal R. Warner, 30, 8753 Road O, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to forgery (uttering). She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. Dec. 9. Another count was dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Nov. 12

Michael L. Biederman, 60, 9061 Stoodt Road, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 day suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Nov. 14

John E. Ruggles, 46, 107 E. Elm St., Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 day suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Skylee P. Ward, 18, 1417 E. Third St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to marijuana drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and given a six-month license suspension. He was also fined $50 for failure to obey traffic control device.
