Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following persons were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Adam Lynn, 39, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and was ordered to complete re-entry court on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Tivell Carter, 19, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for the discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premise.

Darnell Riley Bracey, 23, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for having a weapon under disability. He was ordered to forfeit the firearm.

Demetrius Taylor, 38, of Lima, was sentenced to one year in the county jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was fined $1,500 and ordered to serve two years on probation.

Eric Taylor, 54, of Lima, was sentenced to 24 months in prison on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was fined $1,350 and his driver’s license was suspended for life.

Jennifer Estill, 37, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of theft.

Ronald Collins, 46, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Frankie Lucas, 59, address unavailable, was sentenced to two years on probation and 10 days in the county jail on a charge of aggravated assault.
