LIMA — Police responded Tuesday afternoon to Lima Senior High School in response to the report of people with weapons entering the school, but a subsequent investigation showed no weapons were brought onto the property.
According to a press release issued by LPD Lt. Andy Green, “At approximately 2:24 p.m. officers received a call of persons entering the front of Lima Senior High School with weapons. Officers responded immediately and located both the complainant as well as the juveniles that were reportedly involved,” according to the press release. “The investigation showed there was a dispute between the juveniles and the complainant off school property which led to the call to police.”
No arrests were made, and no charges are being filed at this time.
