LIMA — The Lima Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Drive will begin Nov. 4.
It’s a tradition that started in 1891 nationally.
The national drive begins Thanksgiving Day during halftime at Dallas AT&T stadium.
This year’s local goal is $125,000.
The bell ringers will start out at Chief and Kewpee locations in the area then add Walmart and Hobby Lobby in late November.
Volunteer bell ringers are still needed.
