Putnam County Common Pleas Court
Isaiah A. Oliver, 18, 9597 Road H, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery. He faces up to 11 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 31. Charges of theft, possession of criminal tools and a specification were dismissed.
According to reports of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, an armed robbery occurred in Leipsic the early hours of July 27. The victim reported the suspect held them down at gunpoint with a handgun and had taken cash and their cell phone. While officers were gathering information from the victim, another officer reported there were two other victims who claimed they were robbed at gunpoint by the same suspect and had their cellphones taken. Through the investigation, detectives were able to present a photo lineup that included Oliver. The victims were able to point out Oliver as the one who robbed them.
Tyler T. Vogt, 21, 423 Appian Way, Napoleon, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs (Methamphetamine). He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (Methamphetamine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Oct. 31. Prosecutors are recommending concurrent sentences and restitution of $490 to the MAN unit. A charge of trafficking in drugs (Adderall) was dismissed.
Christopher R. Revuelta, 40, 8844 Road B, Leipsic, was placed on five years community for non-support. He was ordered to obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling recommended.
Amanda E. Quintero, 39, 215 Orchard Drive, Lot 7, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to complicity. She faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Oct. 7. She was also found guilty of violating the terms of supervision. The violations involved consuming alcohol. She was originally convicted of felonious assault.
Ryan K. Maag, Columbus Grove, and Tabitha Maag, Rawson, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Pandora and have two children.
Raven D. Krontz, 38, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for violating community control. The violations included having expired tags, driving under the influence, failing to report to her supervising officer and to ordered counseling sessions and consuming alcohol. She was given credit for 255 days served. She was originally convicted of possession of drugs (heroin).
Julian Hinojosa, 23, 504 E. Third St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted possession of drugs (cocaine) and OVI. The judge suspended 140 days and gave him credit for 37 days served. He was fined $1,000 with $650 suspended and given a one-year license suspension. A charge of turn and stop signals was dismissed.
Michelle M. Oler, 33, 423 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 12 months in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to report to her supervising officer and to ordered counseling sessions. She was given credit for 289 days served. She was originally convicted of possession of drugs (Oxycodone).
Danny L. Ruiz, 44, 225 N. Orchard Drive, Leipsic, was sentenced to 14 months in prison for receiving stolen property. He was given credit for 105 days served. He must pay $1,500 in restitution.
Lori A. Hermiller, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Gary A. Hermiller, Ottawa. They were married April 16, 1996 in Ottawa and have no minor children.

Dana D. Baskin, Sr., 47, 1620 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA/non-compliance and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine.
Shayne D. Houck, 24, 721 Division St., Defiance, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $50 for expired plates.
Brent M. Kistner, 30, 947 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under suspension third offense. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.
Rogelio L. Pardo, 38, 226 W. Third St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under FRA suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine.
