LIMA — Two people were injured in a six-car crash Saturday on Elm Street.
According to an officer with the Lima Police Department, at about 5:20 p.m. Saturday, a woman was driving east on Elm Street near Woodlawn Avenue when she veered left of center and struck another vehicle. That collision caused a chain- reaction accident, involving six vehicles.
The driver of the car that went left of center was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. Her name was not released.
Police said the injured people were not transported to a hospital and may have sought medical treatment on their own.
