Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Charles Cotton III, 43, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for the illegal use of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits and telecommunications fraud. He was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,476.

Justin Stewart, 26, of Bluffton, was sentenced to three years on probation for the possession of marijuana.

John Elliott, 31, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of breaking and entering.

Dakari Wilkinson, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of possession of cocaine.

Dustin Sams, 36, of Lima, was sentenced to 11 months in prison on a charge of breaking and entering. He was ordered to pay restitution to the victim in the case of $7,746.53.

Everett Pryor, 48, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and was fined $1,350 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was ordered to serve 90 days in the county jail and his driver’s license was suspended for 10 years.

Tyler Risner, 30, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation with a referral to the WORTH Center on a charge of possession of heroin.

Jason Ingram, 36, of Lima, was sentenced to 66 months in prison on two counts of having weapons under disability.

Ciara Dinsmore, 27, homeless, was sentenced to five years in prison on a charge of kidnapping.

Lameka Kitchen, 31, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service on a charge of trespassing in a habitation.

Jakob Burholder, 18, of Lima, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years on probation and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service on a charge of attempted extortion.
