The following individuals were indicted by the Putnam County grand jury on Sept. 18.

Jerron M. Jackson, 25, 1342 W. Cherry St., Bluffton, Ind.; aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines), driving under suspension, right of way at stop sign and fictious license plates.

Andre M. Woods, 24, 11059 Road 16, Ottawa; two counts trafficking in drugs (Cocaine).

Joseph E. Kessler, 29, 5118 South State Route 202, Tipp City; aggravated possession of drugs (Oxycodone).

Rogelio L. Pardo, 38, 226 W. Third St., Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines) and possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine).

Andrew J. Vasquez, 29, 3721 Road K3, Ottawa; theft of a credit card.

Christopher M. Shomsky, 35, 24949 Road P, Fort Jennings; three counts pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person.

Kory D. Inglis, 25, 8753 Road O, Ottawa; two counts forgery.

Crystal R. Warner, 29, 8753 Road O, Ottawa; two counts forgery.

Michelle L. Clayton, 33, 434 S. Gibson Ave., Indianapolis; aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Breanna L. Zavala, 19, 717 W. Broadway St., Apt. 2, Leipsic; felonious assault and endangering children.

Marcos J. Zavala, 25, 717 W. Broadway St., Apt. 2, Leipsic; felonious assault and child endangering.

Emilleo Guerra, 23, 811 B Sherman St., Pandora; illegal conveyance.

Ronald Dillingham, Jr., 43, 1020 Rice Ave., Lima; nonsupport of dependents.

Shane Sprague, 41, 8699 Terrell Road, Athens; nonsupport of dependents.

Kali M. Herndon, 28, 1342 W. Cherry St., Bluffton; aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines).

Nelson E. Barnes, 50, 710 N. Austin, Cameron, Texas; aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines), failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, speeding, operation in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.

Sept. 16

Debra L. Kuhlman, Findlay, and Martin J. Kuhlman, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Bowling Green and have no children.

Sept. 18

Kristy F. Vermilyen, 33, 153 S. Oak St., Apt. C, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for possession of drugs (cocaine). She may complete the WORTH Center in lieu of the jail sentence. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

David Nierescher, Renton, Wash., and Karen Nierescher, Renton, Wash., v. Gary Warnecke, Columbus Grove; personal injury (excess of $25,000).

Cincinnati Insurance Company, Cincinnati, v. Jacob Karhoff, Vaughnsville; other civil ($15,949.98).

Michelle McGraw, Ottawa, and Kyle McGraw, Ottawa; dissolution of marriage with children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Sept. 13

Nicholas S. Wentz, 39, 3387 Road K3, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 24 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP.

Sept. 16

Lindsay S. Doyle, 33, 331 W. Grand St., Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $100 fine and complete mental health assessment.

Sept. 17

Ryan J. Greve, 34, 811C Sherman St., Pandora, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine.

Ashlee E. Doster, 20, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A-10, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $200 fine, and perform 40 hours community service.

Richard M. Freed, Jr., 19, 311 E. Cross St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine, no contact with victim for 12 months and obtain a GED.

Richard C. Adams, 64, 13590 Center St., Lot 44, Weston, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also charged court costs for drug paraphernalia.

Mary L. Gutierrez, 64, 703 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to passing a stopped school bus and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine.

Sept. 18

Lindsay S. Doyle, 33, 531 Brower Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $100 fine and complete mental health assessment.

Sept. 16

Sept. 17
