Governor DeWine orders flags flown at half-staff

COLUMBUS — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has ordered all U.S. and Ohio flags in the state be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the state from sunrise to sunset on Sept. 11 to honor those lost in the terrorist attacks from Sept. 11, 2001.

He is also urging Ohioans to observe a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. to honor to innocent Americans and others from around the world who died as a result of the attacks.
