LIMA — A computer science club at Ohio State Lima will teach students in grades 6-12 the basics of programming.
Girls Who Code, a free after-school club for junior and senior high school students, returns to the Ohio State Lima campus each Monday starting Sept. 30 through Dec. 2, during which participants will learn the foundation for coding websites, mobile apps and robots.
While the program was designed to encourage more women to pursue computer science and technology related careers, it is open to male and female students.
Space is limited to 20 students. Registration forms are available at http://lima.osu.edu/gwc.
