Defendants arraigned in Allen County Common Pleas Court


The following defendants have entered pleas of not guilty to the charges returned against them by an Allen County grand jury:

Tyler Lee, 22, of Lima, charged with kidnapping, a first-degree felony; robbery, a second-degree felony; and extortion, a felony of the third degree.

Jazzelle Hardy, 26, of Dayton, charged with fifth-degree felony theft.

Shad Boyd, 43, of Lima, charged with three counts of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies; tampering with evidence, and two counts of having weapons under disability and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a government facility, third-degree felonies; and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree.

Nicholas Pseekos, 35, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the second degree.

Steven Smith, 37, of Lima, charged with burglary, a second-degree felony.

Valynn Rodgers, 41, of Lima, charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

Tyler Risner, 29, of Lima, charged with possession of heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.

Tristen Thompson, 30, of Lima, charged with robbery and two counts of felonious assault, all second-degree felonies.

Artillus Foster, 18, of Lima, charged with having a weapon under disability, a third-degree felony; carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Lacie West, 22, of Sidney, charged with possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Bryce Cottrill, 20, of Wapakoneta, charged with robbery and two counts of felonious assault, all felonies of the second degree.

Dana Wilfong, 68, of Lima, charged with robbery, a second-degree felony.

Richard Cobb, 40, Middletown, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree.

Roy Woods, 56, of Lima, charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.

Walter Culp, 46, of Lima, charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Michael Little, 31, of Lima, charged with two counts of OVI, felonies of the fourth degree.

Raymond Washington, 38, of Lima, charged with theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

April Zamora, 36, of Delphos, charged with possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

Jennifer Estill, 37, of Lima, charged with theft, a felony of the fifth degree.

Brian Hanthorn, 49, of Lima, charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Theron Litke, 23, of Lima, charged with desecration and vandalism, fourth-degree felonies.

Benjamin Warner, 32, of Lima, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Kevin Konkler, 39, of Lima, charged with theft, a felony of the fifth-degree.

Justin Kretz, 30, of Lima, charged with burglary, a third-degree felony.

Natashia Shaeffer-Winget, 22, of Delphos, charged with desecration and vandalism, fourth degree felonies.

Anthony Denoyer, 19, of Delphos, charged with theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a felony of the fifth degree.

James Ferrante, 22, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

Steven Plaugher, 39, of Lima, charged with possession of hashish, a third-degree felony with a specification for the forfeiture of a firearm; one count of possession of hashish, a fifth-degree felony with a specification for the forfeiture of a gun and money in a drug case; one count of possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony with specifications for the forfeiture of a gun and money in a drug case; and having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony with specifications for the forfeiture of a gun and money in a drug case.

James Boroff, 29, of Lima, charged with two counts of felonious assault, felonies of the second degree; and violating a protection order, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Marlon Collins, 44, of Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order of a police officer and having weapons under disability, both third-degree felonies.
