LIMA — Allen County Public Health will host a teen immunization clinic from 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the health department, 219 E. Market St., Lima.
All required school vaccines and recommended vaccines will be available for those entering grades 7 through 12.
Walk-ins will be accepted, but appointments are preferred at 419-228-4457. Immunization records may be obtained.
Vaccine for Children-eligible youth will not be turned away due to inability to pay. Most private insurances also cover vaccines.
