Watershed planning meetings set


Putnam County watershed conservation planning: 2 p.m. at Dupont Town Hall and 7 p.m. at Ottoville Town Hall.

OTTAWA — There will be meetings on watershed planning efforts Wednesday, Aug. 14, at 2 p.m. at Dupont Town Hall and 7 p.m. at Ottoville Town Hall.

The planning will help develop projects to increase the implementation and installation of conservation practices. The efforts are the combined effort of the Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Allen, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam, Paulding, Sandusky, Seneca and Van Wert counties and the Ohio Lake Erie Commission.
