Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Kenith Varno, 42, no address given, was sentenced to three years in prison on charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, felonious assault and retaliation.

Andrew Streight, 26, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 45 days in the county jail for domestic violence.

Deandre Walton, 49, of Oakwood, was sentenced to two years on probation and 60 days in the county jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Kenton Kerner, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for an arson registration violation.

William O’Hanlon, 57, of Middletown, was sentenced to two years on probation, 75 days in the county jail and was fined $1,350 on two counts of OVI.

James Jones, 45, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and was ordered to attend programming at the W.O.R.T.H. center on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Jennifer Jennings, 31, of Toledo, was sentenced to four years on probation and 10 days in the county jail for the illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility.

Martez Thomas, 29, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for having a weapon under disability. He was ordered to forfeit the weapon in question.

Jamie Bailey, 28, of Delphos, was sentenced to two years on probation and was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Dexter Bratton, 38, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and must complete the re-entry court program for having weapons while under disability.

Lewis Cheney, 31, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on two counts of receiving stolen property.

Dean Dodson, 38, homeless, was sentenced to three years on probation on three counts of identity fraud and one count of forgery. He was also referred to the W.O.R.T.H. center.

Dontae Austin, 28, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and was ordered to perform 60 hours of community service on a charge of domestic violence.

Chad Muter, 32, of Cridersville, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Aaron Johnson, 25, of Lima, was sentenced to 43 months in prison after being convicted on charges of having weapons under disability, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. He is appealing that sentence.
