Master Gardener Volunteers hosting Monarch Butterfly program

KENTON — The Hardin County OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteers will host the educational program “Monarch Butterflies” from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, in Friendship Gardens, 960 W. Kohler St., Kenton.

Learn why Monarch butterflies are in trouble and what can be done to help, as well as search for Monarch caterpillars.

The event is part of the series Saturday Mornings in the Friendship Gardens and are free and open to the public.
