July 18

Cory A. Dodds, 32, 540 N. Water St., Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to burglary. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 12:30 p.m. Aug. 19.

Josalyna L. Baney, 36, 510 North St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to trespass in habitation. She faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 15.

Christopher R. Revuelta, 40, 8844 Road B, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to non-support. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 30.

Justin D. Patrick, 35, 200 Main Cross St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of detention facility. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine) was dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of heroin. He faces up to 24 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:15 a.m. Aug. 22.

July 22

Denver L. Wynn, 41, 1235 S. Richard St., Indianapolis, was sentenced to six months in jail for attempted receiving stolen property. He was given credit for 62 days previously served.

July 18

Michael G. Dunbar, 57, 210 Max St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence: $150 fine.

July 19

Jonathan D. Costuma, 33, 221 N. Perry St., Ottawa, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

July 22

Emily G. Rico, 21, 104 W. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. Rico was also ordered to pay court costs for headlights only.

Jamie L. Phillips, 21, 15921 State Route 709, Lot 1, Ohio City, pleaded guilty to littering. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

July 23

Maria Herrera, 36, 711 N. Belmore St., Lot 21, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to entrustment. Sentence: $250 fine.

Timothy L. Phillips, 48, 1515 Blanchard Ave., Findlay, pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic control device. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of first offense OVI was dismissed.

July 25

Herminia L. Alvarado, 18, 1223 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine.

James A. Vibbert, 22, 921 Woodland Ave., Van Wert, pleaded guilty to non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $250 fine. He was also fined $25 for seat belt violation.
