LIMA — West Ohio Community Action Partnership is looking to help senior and/or disabled residents with their electric bills this summer through its summer crisis program.
Running from July 1 to Aug. 31, the program offers assistance to deal with increased electric rates associated with the hot weather.
To qualify, residents need documentation stating household income for the last 30 days, social security information, proof of citizenship and current utility bills. Disabled residents also need to bring proof of a medical condition signed by the appropriate health care worker.
To schedule an appointment, residents are encouraged to call 1-855-286-7559.
