Der’rayaunce T. McDaniel, 19, 889 Circle Drive, Defiance; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and speeding.

Jordan M. Nieto, 22, 221 S. Poplar St., Leipsic; burglary, complicity and theft.

Mike Pardo III, 22, 25 Vine St., Apt. 10, Leipsic; two counts complicity.

Thomas D. Miles, 19, 102 Heldman St., Jenera; complicity, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer and complicity, misdemeanor.

Cory A. Dodds, 32, 540 N. Water St., Fort Jennings; burglary.

Todd J. Rode, 20, 20914 Road 20S, Fort Jennings; aggravated possession of drugs.

Tyler T. Vogt, 21, 18893 Road 18E, Continental; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Kristy F. Vermilyen, 33, 153 S. Oak St., Ottawa; possession of drugs (cocaine).

Tyler L. Lee, 22, 1160 Westerly Drive, Apt. C, Lima; possession of drugs (heroin) and possession of drugs (fentanyl).

Christopher R. Revuelta, 40, 8844 Road B, Leipsic; nonsupport of dependents.

Jonathon E. Maxwell, 32, 2644 Road 18, Continental; failure of sex offender to verify current address.

Justin D. Patrick, 35, 200 Main Cross St., Leipsic; illegal conveyance of prohibited items and aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Julian Hinojosa, 23, 504 E. Third St., Ottawa; possession of drugs (cocaine), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and turn and stop signals.

Andrew J. Miller, 23, 17859 Road 26, Fort Jennings; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine).

Tony Gutierrez, 30, 418 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, aggravated possession of drugs (cocaine).

Danny LV Ruiz, 44, 225 N. Orchard Drive, Leipsic; receiving stolen property.

Joseph A. Garcia, 39, 336 E. Liberty St., Leipsic; rape, unlawful conduct with a minor.

Cody W. Wells, 19, 4837 Portage View Road, Fostoria; rape.

June 14

Benjamin R. Jones, 31, 508 W. Clinton St., Napoleon, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. July 18.

June 17

Danielle N. Bailey, 35, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. C-7, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for violating community control. The violations included causing physical harm to someone, using methamphetamines, missing appointments with probation officials, using Xanax without a prescription, not attending counseling sessions and not maintaining employment. She was given credit for 331 days served. She was originally convicted of domestic violence.

Edward Hernandez, 42, 11 Sugar St., Leipsic, was placed on five years community control after being convicted of non-support of dependents. He must pay his monthly support obligations, obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended.

Ross Ellerbrock, Ottawa, and Danielle Ellerbrock, Morehead, N. C., were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 17, 2017 and have no children.

June 18

Mark E. Christian, 34, 108 W. Forrest St., Continental, pleaded guilty to attempted weapons under disability. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Aug. 1.

Charles P. McCullough, Ottawa, and Tami J. McCullough, Columbus Grove; dissolution of marriage without children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

June 17

Adrianna M. McClure, 21, 1281 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $250 fine.

June 20

Taneesha S. Stuckey, 29, 936 E. Wilson St., B2, Bryan, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended. A charge of criminal damaging was dismissed.

Logan A. Konst, 25, 8784 Road H, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and complete mental health assessment.

Deana J. Roberts, 32, 77 Steeplechase, Elida, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, no contact with victim other than visitation issues.
