City of Lima announces Neighborhood Impact Mini Grant Program


Neighborhood Impact Mini Grant Program application workshop: 5:30 p.m., Allen County Chamber of Commerce, 144 N. Main St., Suite 100, Lima.

LIMA — The City of Lima Department of Community Development announced the Neighborhood Impact Mini Grant Program, in which grant winners could receive an additional $2,000 in funding.

The program will replace the Make A Difference Day Mini Grant Program.

All projects must occur the week of Sept. 23 to 28 and be CDGB-eligible. The program will award 10 $500 grants, and up to three will be eligible for the additional $2,000 grant with the partnership of Activate Allen County.

Neighborhood associations recognized by the city and 501(c)(3) organizations within Allen County are also eligible.

There will be a grant application workshop at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at the Allen County Chamber of Commerce, 144 N. Main St., Suite 100, Lima.

Application materials are available at www.cityhall.lima.oh.us. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 3.
