LIMA — West Ohio Community Action Partnership is looking to help households maintain gas and electric services through PIPP Plus, an income-based payment program for utilities.
Households that qualify for the program must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Documentation required to qualify for the program include current electric and gas bill, social security numbers for all household members, income documentation for all household members for the last 30 days, documentation of citizenship and proof of disability if disabled.
Individuals can schedule an appointment to be considered for the program by calling 1-855-286-7559.
No appointment is necessary to re-verify PIPP plus if an account is current, but a signature and documentation is required to be dropped off at the nearest WOCAP office.
