Flooded conditions led some area schools to delay the start of classes or close Friday:

Apollo Career Center: Two-hour delay.

Celina schools: Two-hour delay. Graduation practice at 9:30 a.m.

Crestview schools: Closed. Sixth grade field trip canceled.

Delphos schools: Closed. Franklin and Landeck fifth-grade field trip to Sauder Village canceled. Commencement practice rescheduled to 1 p.m. May 23, with lunch at the Eagles at noon. DJMS Park Day rescheduled to May 23.

Delphos St. John’s schools: Closed.

Elida schools: Closed.

Jennings schools: Two-hour delay.

Lima Central Catholic: Two-hour delay.

Lincolnview schools: Closed. Latch key cancelled.

New Knoxville schools: Two-hour delay.

Ohio State Beauty Academy: Two-hour delay.

Ottoville schools: Two-hour delay.

Perry schools: Two-hour delay.

Shawnee schools: Two-hour delay.

Spencerville schools: Three-hour delay. Sixth grade field trip rescheduled to May 24.

St. Charles school: Two-hour delay.

St. Gerard school: Two-hour delay. Science Club leaves at 10 a.m.

St. Marys schools: Closed.

St. Rose school: Two-hour delay.

Temple Christian schools: Two-hour delay. Fourth-grade play at 1 p.m.

Vantage Career Center: Closed.

Van Wert schools: Closed.

Wapakoneta schools: Closed. Cedar Point trip cancelled.
