April 23

Christopher C. Bruskotter, 29, 220 Tanglewood Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Eric J. Lugo, 28, 811 Sherman St., Apt. B. Pandora, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 175 days suspended, $250 fine, complete mental health assessment and batterer’s intervention. Charges of menacing and disorderly conducted were dismissed.

Keith J. Duling, 44, 6544 Road J6, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. Charges of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and speeding were dismissed.

Brandon J. Hollandsworth, 27, 410 E. Third St., Delphos, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 172 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete drug and alcohol assessment. He was also fined $50 for failure to display reg/expired plates.

April 24

James P. Hayes, 38, 18435 Paulding, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $500 fine.

Eddie L. Miller, 44, 1000 Springlake Drive, Lot 25, Pandora, pleaded guilty to failure to stop after an accident. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

April 25

Michael L. Beck, 21, 418 Fox Ave., Payne, pleaded no contest to drug abuse possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.

Terry L. Phillips, 60, 24215 Road J, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $425 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete drug and alcohol assessment. He was also fined $50 for failure to control.

Seth D. Aldrich, 23, 970 Louden St., Defiance, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA non-compliance suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine. He was also fined $100 for unauthorized tampering reg/plates.
