Flooding on area roadways led some area schools to delay the start of classes Friday:

Bluffton schools: Closed, makeup day May 31. First-grade pen pal trip postponed. Kindergarten Safety City trip postponed.

Celina schools: Two-hour delay.

Coldwater schools: Two-hour delay.

Columbus Grove schools: Closed. Government field trip to statehouse postponed. St. Anthony of Padua K-3 field trip cancelled; pupils must pack a lunch and be in regular dress code.

Delphos schools: Two-hour delay. Biology AIR test delayed until May 2.

Delphos St. John’s schools: Two-hour delay.

Elida schools: Two-hour delay, plan B preschool.

Lima Central Catholic: Two-hour delay.

Marion Local schools: Two-hour delay.

Pandora-Gilboa schools: Closed.

Parkway schools: Two-hour delay. Preschool screening postponed to May 24.

Perry schools: Two-hour delay.

Shawnee schools: Closed.

Spencerville schools: Two-hour delay.

St. Charles school: Two-hour delay.

St. Gerard school: Two-hour delay. Eighth-graders must report by 9:50 a.m.

St. Rose school: Two-hour delay.

St. Henry schools: Two-hour delay. Second-grade field trip cancelled.

St. Marys schools: Closed.

Temple Christian schools: Two-hour delay.
