LEIPSIC — There will be a lunch and learn on Reentry Pathways for Returning Citizens at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 25, at the Leipsic Community Center, 102 E. Main St., Leipsic.
The program is for men, women and children impacted by incarceration to create a pathway to success for returning citizens and their families.
