April 5

JP Morgan Chase Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Thomas E. Stoddard, Jr., Fostoria, and Debra C. Stoddard, Fostoria, in the amount of $69,414.01.

April 8

Michael R. Mayes, 35, 830 Fairview Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to escape. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8 a.m. May 16.

According to reports of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, a public alert was issued to report that Mayes failed to return to the Putnam County Jail from his work release. Mayes was supposed to have returned to the jail by 8:30 p.m. March 1. Mayes was apprehended March 4 in Lima after several tips were called in. He was taken into custody in Lima before being returned to the Putnam County Jail.

Matthias A. Vogt, 22, 543 W. Elm St., Lima, was sentenced to 180 days jail for theft of credit card. He was given credit for three days served, placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $314.56.

April 9

Russell A. Doster, 38, 6458 Schwartz Road, Fort Wayne, Ind., pleaded guilty to failure to give notice of residence address change. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. May 20.

John B. Wilson, 35, 716 E. Market St., Lima, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. May 16.

April 10

Kendric D. Thomas, 41, 303 Short St., Napoleon, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. May 16.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 4

Ryan T. Kloeppel, 28, 20619 State Route 190, Delphos, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.

April 8

Todd J. Rode, 19, 20914 Road 20S, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, and 100 hours of community service. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Blake M. Wannemacher, 22, 300 Ninth St., Apt. 13, Lima, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $250 fine. A charge of criminal damaging was dismissed.

Angelica E. Kaufman, 36, 162½ W. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 175 days suspended, $150 fine, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and pay $15 restitution.

Damarius A. Wright, 24, 1432 Cedar St., Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under 12-point suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $150 fine with sentence to be served concurrent to a Lima Municipal Court case.

Johlin B. Garrison, 19, 1956 Palisades Drive, Dayton, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Susan C. Krusinski, 39, 111 N. Broadway St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and was found guilty. Sentence: 90 days jail, 88 days suspended, $100 fine and complete a mental health assessment. She also pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, 30 days suspended, $100 fine and complete a mental health assessment.

April 9

Tanisha Puskar, 36, 1737 N. Brookfield, South Bend, Ind., pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $250 fine.

April 11

Sophia Chamberlin, 33, 51 Third St., Lot 8, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: $150 fine. She was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia. A charge of tinted windows was dismissed.

Jesse J. Bohrer, 43, 227 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted theft. Sentence: 90 days jail, $100 fine. He also admitted to violating the terms of probation and probation was extended for another year. Two other parole violations were dismissed.

Julie L. Deleon, 46, 303 Beamer St., Convoy, pleaded guilty to driving under non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $150 fine.
