PANDORA — The Pandora United Methodist Church will host a sunrise breakfast and service at 7 a.m. Sunday, April 21, at the church, 108 E. Washington St., Pandora.
Following the service, Ron Motley will present “The Stones of Passion.”
Following the breakfast, participants will form a candlelight procession to advance to the worship center for a time of celebration and drama. Included in the service will be a presentation of “The Stones of Passion” by Ron Motley. Eight presenters will represent stones along the journey of the final hours of Jesus. Each stone’s story will draw from various scenes of the events of the first Easter.
A Celebration of the Risen Christ will fill out the morning at 9:30 a.m. in the worship center and Kids’JAM (for grades K – 6) at the same hour. Nursery service is also provided.
The Pandora United Methodist Church is located at 108 E. Washington St. (Route 12) in Pandora.
The Pandora UMC will also be participating in the Community Good Friday Service on Friday, April 19, 6:30 p.m. at the Pandora Missionary Church.
