April 2

Heather Burris, 41, 530 E. Kibby St., Lima, was sentenced to 77 days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include changing residences without permission, failing to keep scheduled appointments with her probation officer, using Xanax without a prescription and not maintaining employment. She was given credit for 17 days served, placed on five years’ community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of felony nonsupport.

Brianne N. Culver, Ottawa, and Niclus D. Culver, Somerville, Ala., was granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 23, 2008 in Columbus Grove, and have one child.

April 3

Ronald E. Phillips, 41, 2541 Parkwood, Toledo, pleaded guilty to forgery. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. May 16. Another count of forgery was dismissed.

April 4

Kyle W. Wymer, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Jennifer L. Wymer, Rudolph. They were married Nov. 2, 2013, in North Baltimore and have no children.

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc., Ewing, N.J., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Alexandria C. Sargent, Columbus Grove, Kristopher L. Sargent, Columbus Grove, Jeffrey P. Schroeder, Ottawa, and Louann M. Schroeder, Ottawa, in the amount of $78,276.32, plus interest and costs.

March 28

Josue M. Prisciliano, 28, 24548 Road 207, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of failure to maintain control was dismissed.

Brandon M. Lewis, 21, 48100 Center Ridge Road, Beallsville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $250 fine and complete mental health assessment.

Marcus A. Gutierrez, 18, 62 Main St., West Leipsic, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.

Charles L. Taylor, 57, 428 N. Walnut St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: $150 fine.

April 1

Gabriel Mata, 38, 1727 Lowell Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to telecommunication harassment. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $150 fine.

Aryel R. Powell, 26, 604 Basinger Road, Pandora, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Ross W. Honigford, 25, 225 Railroad St., Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 20 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.
