Citizen Block Patrol orientation scheduled


Lima Citizen Block Patrol orientation: 5:30 to 7 p.m., LACNIP Resource Center, 1440 W. Spring Street, Lima. For new interested members.

LIMA — The City of Lima Department of Community Development’s Citizen Block Patrol program will host an orientation for all members and potential members from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, at the LACNIP Resource Center, 1440 W. Spring Street, Lima.

CBP is a crime prevention program for Lima neighborhoods. The orientation will provide citizens the chance to find out more about the program and if they would like to volunteer.

There will be a training session at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, April 13, at the LACNIP Resource Center.
