NEW KNOXVILLE — The New Knoxville Rotary Club is hosting the 30th annual blood testing clinic from 7 to 9 a.m. Saturday, March 16, at New Knoxville School, 345 Main St., New Knoxville.

The testing is conducted by Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. Free refreshments and blood pressure screenings are available, while other tests are available with a small fee.

The Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office will also be on-site to take expired or no longer used medications as part of the drug take back program.

No pre-registration is required.

A variety of blood tests will be available at nominal fees as follows:

$40.00 - Chemistry Health Panel includes: Lipid, CBC, Glucose, Electrolytes, Iron, Cholesterol – over 30 tests total. (12 hour fast required for the CHP test)

$40.00 - PSA Screening (Males Only)

$45.00 - Thyroid Screening- Ultrasensitive- TSH & Free T4

$25.00 - C-Reactive Protein - (Cardiovascular indicator)

$25.00 – Hgb A1C - Indicates average amount of blood glucose

$30.00 - Vitamin D- essential for strong bones No pre-registration is required.
