LIMA — The City of Lima has launched a phone application meant to enhance how residents interact with the city. Known as SeeClickFix, the app allows residents to report potential issues, such as potholes, and receive feedback when the issue is resolved.
“We now have a streamlined method for citizens to contact us about an issue in a neighborhood, along a street or anywhere in our community,” Chief of Staff Sharetta Smith said in a press release. “It’s a simple process that all they have to do when they see a concern is click on this app, take a picture and complete the questions that will relay the details to us. City staff will be notified and begin working on the solution.”
