March 7

National Collegiate Student Loan Trust, Jessup, Md., was granted judgment against Adam Lomeli, Leipsic, in the amount of $37,061.86, plus interest of $3,936.17, with interest and costs.

Charles G. Selhorst, 52, 3785 Road 7, Leipsic, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted possession of cocaine. The judge suspended the jail and fined him $500. He must obtain and maintain employment and comply with all counseling and treatment recommended.

Jerry Miller, Payne, was granted a divorce from Diana Renner, Continental. They were married Sept. 13, 2013 and have no children.

Feb. 28

David A. Averesch, 29, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A1, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to unauthorized tampering reg/plates and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine.

March 4

Sarah C. Buescher, 39, 14204 Road I, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year driver’s license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of seat belt and child endangerment was dismissed.

Andre J. Greutman, 26, 12564 Road 24, Scott, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $1,000 fine, three-year license suspension, and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of reckless operation was dismissed.

March 5

Zachary L. Smith, 23, 10480 Township Road 114, Van Buren, pleaded no contest to second-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 164 days suspended, $1,000 fine, three-year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Kelsey L. Cole, 25, 409 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to obstructing official business. Sentence: $150 fine. Charges of speeding and headlights were dismissed.

Joshua G. Johnson, 27, 288 Ridge Road, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Kimberly Verhoff, 40, 424 E. Sycamore St., Lot 23, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $100 fine.

Andre M. Woods, 23, 11059 Road 16, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia and $150 for driving under suspension.

March 7

Shiane R. Stone, 28, 628 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $150 fine and complete mental health assessment.

Randy A. Eicher, 54, 13 Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, license suspended for one-year. Charges of speeding and operating a motorcycle without a valid license were dismissed.

Benjamin J. Glick, 21, 1832 Stewart Road, Lima, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Aaron S. Triplehorn, 26, 2720 N. Cole St., Apt. D, Lima, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Haley R. Averesch, 21, 1259 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to littering from vehicle and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine.
