Garrett looking to find Jordan’s next opponent

LIMA — Janet Garrett, the Democratic candidate who competed against Jim Jordan for Ohio’s 4th Congressional District seat for the last three House races, has announced that she will not be running against Jordan for a fourth time.

Instead, Garrett said she will be using her political action committee, Jordan Watch, to find qualified candidates to run against the controversial congressman.

“I’ve been focused on building out the Jordan Watch so that we can transform our remarkable grassroots fundraising into an organization that can help recruit Jim Jordan’s next opponent and also work to expose Jim’s radical ideology to the people he is supposed to represent,” Garrett said in a statement.
