Feb. 22

Casey L. Landers, 30, 8640 W. State Road, Elida, was sentenced to 11 months in prison for possession of drugs (heroin) and 18 months in prison for illegal conveyance of drugs. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently. Three other counts of possession of drugs were dismissed.

Angela Ankney, 41, 11636 Huber Road, Sherwood, was remanded to the WORTH Center for tampering with evidence. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of driving under suspension was dismissed.

Feb. 26

Adam Koebel, 35, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B12, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 90 days jail for non-support of dependents. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 20 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment, obtain a GED, and complete any counseling and treatment recommended.

Shannon M. Niese, 45, 118 Lakeland Drive, Continental, was sentenced to five days jail for obstructing official business. She was credited for one day served and placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete any counseling and treatment recommended.

Sebastian Rodriguez, 30, 148 Hall St., Tiffin, was sentenced to 90 days jail for failing to pay child support. Rodriguez was found to be in arrears in the amount of $4,128.97 as of Jan. 31. The judge suspended 30 days of the sentence provided he remain current in his child support payments.

Emilleo Guerra, 23, 25 W. Mathias St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 90 days jail for breaking and entering. The judge suspended 30 days of the sentence and he was given credit for one day served. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, pay $210 in restitution to the Buckeye Club, Miller City, have no contact with the victim and complete all counseling and treatment. A charge of theft was dismissed.

Feb. 28.

Robert Benroth was sworn in to his fourth term as Putnam County Auditor by Putnam County Common Pleas Judge Keith Schierloh.

Todd F. Oler, 34, 10976 Road Z, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 35 days in jail for non-support of dependents. He was given credit for five days served and was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

MyCUmortgage, LLC, Beavercreek, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Angela R. Tussing, Custar, in the amount of $128,711.11 plus interest and costs.

Lori A. Navarro, Kalida, and Nicholas R. Navarro, Delphos were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 7, 2005 in Kalida and have two children.

Troy D. Barrere, Leipsic, and Sabrina L. Barrere, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 21, 2010 in Ottawa and have no children.

Feb. 21

Brittney A. Williams, 28, 108½ South Ave., Pandora, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year driver’s license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Michael B. Metcalfe, 56, 305 Delphos Road, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Feb. 25

Jonathan D. Costuma, 32, 214 Williamstown Road, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 164 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, three-year license suspension, with credit for six days upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of open container, driving under FRA non-compliance and headlights required were dismissed.

Wesley E. Palmer, 41, 5468 Millington Road, Millington, Mich., pleaded no contest to telephone harassment and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and no contact with victim for two years.

Kerriann Culp, 51, 3374 Road 8, Apt. A, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to marijuana possession. Sentence: $150 fine.

Feb. 26

Zachary A. Maag, 30, 1280 N. Perry St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Feb. 28

Kaleb A. Herold, 18, 410 Huddle Road, Napoleon, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year driver’s license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of expired plates was dismissed.

Michelle M. Oler, 32, 423 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to making false alarms and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $50 fine.
