Sentences handed out in Allen County Common Pleas Court


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Travious Shepherd, 21, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Nathan Fowler, 41, of Wapakoneta, was sentenced to three years on probation on charges of forgery, receiving stolen property and failure to appear. He was also ordered to serve 180 days in the Allen County jail and to perform 40 hours of community service.

Tonya Owens, 29, of Delphos, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of breaking and entering.

Alzae Lindsey, 19, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and to perform 40 hours of community service on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. The weapon in question was ordered to be forfeited to authorities.

Shane Spraque, 45, of Lima, was sentenced to 36 months in prison on charges of failure to comply with the orders of a police officer, trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances and possession of methamphetamines.

Dennis Langle, 64, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for possession of cocaine.

Ashley Edmunds, 22, of Delphos, was sentenced to three years on probation and 30 days in the Allen County jail on four counts of forgery and one count of theft. She was ordered to make restitution to the victim in the case in the amount of $3,529.

Courtney Coon, 31, of Cridersville, was sentenced to two years on probation for misuse of a credit card.

Toni Jones, 59, of Lima, was sentenced to 180 days in the Allen County jail, with 172 days suspended, for the attempted possession of cocaine. She was placed on one year of probation.
