Mark E. Christian, 34, 108 W. Forrest St., Continental; having weapons under disability.

Mike Pardo, III, 22, 25 Vine St., Apt. 10, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

Christopher D. Frey, 37, 2020 Road E, Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

Edward Hernandez, 42, 11 Sugar St., Leipsic; non-support of dependents.

Eric Lambert, 30, 527 State St., Leipsic; non-support of dependents.

Abel E. Alafa, 46, 212 N. Belmore St., Leipsic; menacing by stalking and telecommunications harassment.

Justin D. Patrick, 35, 302 W. Barnhart St., Monroeville, Ind.; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines) and possession of drugs (heroin).

Matthias A. Vogt, 21, 505 S. Broad St., Kalida; theft of a credit card.

Walter R. Pfeifer, II, 40, 1527 Daytona Drive, Toledo; forgery (uttering) and attempted forgery.

Chukwuemeka F. Durgbor, 19, 1010 Sugar Lane, Apt. #613, Palestine, Texas; burglary, breaking and entering and theft.

Jason Meek, 44, 105 17th St., Toledo; two counts forgery (uttering).

Ronald E. Phillips, 41, 2541 Parkwood, Toledo; two counts forgery (uttering).

Gerald J. Okuley, 26, 12508 Road G, Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

William T. Lasley, II, 36, Lot 20, Circle Drive, Continental; domestic violence.

Jan. 25

Shannon M. Niese, 45, 118 Lakeland Drive, Continental, pleaded guilty to obstructing official business. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 12:30 p.m. Feb. 25. A charge of assault, misdemeanor, was dismissed.

Jan. 31

Jacob A. Warnimont, 23, 312 S. Main St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. March 14.

Aaron Morales, 36, 103 Glancy St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 45 days jail for failing to pay child support. He was found in total arrears of $7,116.33 in child support payments as of Dec. 31, 2018. He was granted work release.

Charles G. Selhorst, 52, 3785 Road 7, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of cocaine. He faces up to 180 days jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. March 6.

Eugene Recker, Continental, and Julie E. Recker, Cloverdale, were granted legal separation.

Feb. 1

William H. Lucas, IV, 19, 140 Williamstown Road, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for endangering children, with 60 days suspended. He was given credit for 11 days served and was fined $250. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended including parenting classes.

Jade M. Coleman, 20, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. C12, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 180 days jail for endangering children, with 60 days suspended. He was given credit for 19 days served and was fined $250. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Feb. 4

Emilleo Guerra, 23, 25 W. Mathias St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3:30 p.m. March 6.

Thomas A. Bishop, 36, 515 W. Wayne St., Apt. 5, Lima, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. March 6.

Feb. 6

Chad M. Martin, 37, 19498 Road I-17, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine). He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. A charge of possession drug abuse instruments was dismissed.

Feb. 7

Hillary E. Shearer, 22, 1001 N. Defiance St., Apt. 4B, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (heroin). She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. March 20. A charge of aggravated possession of drugs was dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 29

Tyler C. Rockhill, 21, 203 S. Gilbert St., Ada, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Randall L. Howard, Sr., 56, 203 S. Logan St., Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Jan. 31

Heath L. Girardot, 23, 15964 Road 27, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Feb. 4

Megan M. Garberson, 27, 412 S. Main St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI. Six points, 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, and complete drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of open container and license plate light were dismissed.

Nicholas A. Okuley, 25, 1244 Neubrecht Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of expired registration was dismissed.

Feb. 5

Adam Alafa, 46, 212 N. Belmore St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of non-compliance suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine.

Feb. 7

Nicholas P. Schnipke, 24, 301 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $150 for marijuana paraphernalia.

John A. Isabrandt, 26, 105 S. Main St., Glandorf, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Dylan J. Holton, 28, 21153 Road I-17, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $100 fine.
