Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Jerry Carpenter, 49, of Lima, was sentenced to 24 months in prison on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Carpenter received a mandatory fine of $1,350 and his driver’s license was suspended for three years.

Darreyell Henry, 26, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service on a charge of trespassing in a habitation.

Michelle Lambert, 32, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on charges of theft of a credit card and theft from the elderly.

Jeannette Bowers, 52, Lima, was sentenced to four years on probation on a charge of grand theft. She was ordered to pay $12.350 in restitution to the victim in the case.

Vontez Roberson, 20, Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation and 180 days in the county jail on two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence.

Damarius Wright, 24, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Larry Birt, 44, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of domestic violence.
