Local veteran debuts Emmy-nominated documentary at Putnam County District Library

OTTAWA — See the free debut of Emmy-nominated documentary “A New Leash on Life: The K9s for Warriors Story” Thursday, Jan. 31, at 6:30 p.m. at the Putnam County District Library, Ottawa location.

The documentary features Cpt. Louis Belluomini and his service dog, Star, who will be greeting audience members.

Cpt. Louis Belluomini & his service dog, Star will be greeting audience members that evening. This is also a fundraising & PTSD Awareness effort. Donations will be accepted for K9s for Warriors.
