WAPAKONETA — Local author Julia Monnin will be at the Auglaize County Library from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 203 S. Perry St., Wapakoneta, to discuss her book “The World is Noisy, God Whispers.”

She will have books to purchase and will be available to sign them. Refreshments will be served.
