Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Ferney Uribes, 20, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation and 19 days in the county jail on a charge of failure to register.

Bethany Chaney, 27, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on each of two counts of theft. She was also ordered to serve 102 days in the county jail, perform 40 hours of community service and to have no contact with the victim in the case.

Brett Howard, 33, Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on each of two counts — tampering with coin machines and possession of cocaine. He was ordered to serve 113 days in the county jail, perform 60 hours of community service and to have no contact with the victim in the case.

Darius Jackson, 18, Lima, was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail and two years on probation for violating a protection order.

Marvin Bridges, 52, Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Terrence Irons, 30, Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for having weapons while under disability.

Stephanie Johnson, 37, address unavailable, was sentenced to 24 months in prison on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Nicholas Huizenga, 29, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of trespassing in a habitation and was sentenced to five years on probation.

James Dalton, 46, Lima, was sentenced to three years in prison on charges of robbery and theft.
