Dec. 12

Trenton M. Holloway, 18, 760 E Fourth St., Apt. 1A, Lima, was sentenced to 90 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included not following the orders of his supervising officers and doing physical harm to another. He was placed on five year’s community control and was given credit for 23 days served. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to an Allen County case. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete any counseling and treatment recommended and a GED if determined to be appropriate.

Dec. 13

Chad M. Martin, 37, 19498 Road I-17, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. Jan. 30, 2019. A charge of possessing drug abuse instruments was dismissed.

Dec. 15

Donald E. Schulte, 24, 5979 Road 18, Continental, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for escape and 11 months for theft of a credit card. Schulte was also sentenced to 11 months in prison for theft with credit for 147 days served plus any days served while pending transfer. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive and consecutive to his other case for a total of 52 months in prison. He was also sentenced to 18 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. He was given credit for 194 days served plus any days served while pending transfer. Sentence to be served concurrent to the other charges. Charges of failure to register, theft and vandalism were dismissed.

Schulte was in custody of the Putnam County Adult Detention Facility while on a medical furlough. He was released from jail at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 19 into the custody of a parent. He was wearing an electronic GPS monitoring system when allowed to see a doctor at the Defiance Clinic. He was scheduled to return at 12:30 p.m. but did not. The monitor signaled a warning it was possibly tampered with and was removed in Paulding County at the intersection of U.S. Routes 224 and 127. A warrant was issued for his arrest and Schulte was found Sept. 20 near Oakwood in Paulding County by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Dec. 14

Kamren J. Martinez, 19, 106 E. South St., Lot 10, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to eight days jail for trafficking in marijuana. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended and a GED if determined to be appropriate.

Dec. 17

Nathan R. Schroeder, Leipsic, and Brandi N. Schroeder, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 30, 2014 in Ottawa and have two children.

John W. Bowers, Continental, was granted a divorce against Jennifer L. Bowers, Ottawa. They were married June 28, 2003 in Dupont and have two children.

Jodi L. Ingledue, Ottawa, was granted a divorce against Scott T. Ingledue, Cloverdale. They were married March 21, 1993 in Ottawa and have no children.

Lori A. Ordway, Continental, and Robert E. Ordway, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 8, 2008 in Sevierville, Tenn., and have two children.

Dec. 18

Dale E. Collins, 47, 107½ Truax Road, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 80 days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include being unsuccessfully discharged from the WORTH Center program. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, complete any counseling and treatment recommended and obtain a GED if determined appropriate. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs.

Dec. 20

Alexander L. Pardo, 25, 1382 Road Y, Leipsic, was remanded to the WORTH Center for possession of drugs (methamphetamines). He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Dec. 6

Lewis R. Wynkoop, II, 41, 721½ Tiffin Ave., Findlay, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine.

Michael G. Dunbar, 56, 210 Max St., Ottoville, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, and complete alcohol and drug assessment. Charges of disorderly conduct and failure to control were dismissed.

Dec. 10

Keith M. Ricker, 33, 1829 E. Fourth St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Dec. 11

Antonio L. Reaves, 29, 818 Rice Ave., Lima, pleaded no contest to license forfeiture and was found guilty. Sentence: $250 fine. He was also fined $50 for failure to maintain control.

Dec. 12

Michael R. Mayes, 34, 1601 Edgewood Drive, Lima, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail and pay court costs. Another charge of theft was dismissed.

Dec. 13

Paul L. Custer, Jr., 48, 602 Cornell Drive, Lima, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine.

Casey L. Landers, 30, 16654 State Route 613, Paulding, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $525 fine, three-year license suspension and complete drug and alcohol assessment. He also pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, with jail to be served concurrent to other case.

Dec. 14

Kim Bartley, 51, 5850 Road 24, Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Dec. 17

Aric L. Lehman, 38, 12399 Phillips Road, Pandora, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 20 days suspended, $250 fine, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.
